The company is a direct successor of many previous state-owned and also private mining companies in the \u0161tiavnica-hodru\u0161a mining region. Mining activities are performed in in the Roz\u00e1lia mine located in the depth of Tan\u00e1d and Paradajz hills at the very end of the Hodru\u0161a valley. Ore is then processed in the flotation plant which produces a flotation concentrate.
